I just finished reviewing your book and CD. I liked them very much. This is exactly what I have been searching for as an aid to use to help organize myself for getting into coaching baseball. I searched many bookstores and did not find anything I liked. I found your book through a Google search on the Internet.

I played baseball while I was growing up for many years through elementary school and high school. I also played on competitive traveling softball teams for many years as an adult. I now have 2 boys of my own and last year was the first season of tee ball for my oldest. I did not coach last year but this year I want to coach and was looking for a training aid to be organized and establish a plan to begin with. My oldest is moving up to coaches pitch and youngest will start tee-ball. I told the league I will coach in whatever league they need me in. That is another great thing about your book. The Tool Kit has lots of all around helpful ideas on the organizational needs for a team. Information ranging from what equipment to have, as well as how to use it. And, since organizing a practice is more time consuming than the practice and the games I can thank you for making that job a little easier.
